As an appraiser of home and 2-4 properties in Northern California, A & B Appraisal Services covers the the largest area of any single appraiser with 30 years of real estate backed experience. Loren joined the Real Estate profession in 1979, received his Broker's license in 1988, then received his appraiser's license in 2004. He is dedicated to improving private party financial portfolios by wise purchases and competent appraisals. Loren says “I am a firm believer in the 'Win-Win' philosophy of doing business”. A & B Appraisal was formed in 1997 as an expansion of A & B Realty and A & B Property Management Services. We are listed with OREA, Office of Real Estate Appraisers, in Sacramento. From an Agent to a Broker then to a licensed Appraiser, I now hold both the Broker's and Appraiser's licenses. Some of the qualities I bring to you are:
